Hey Freak, it is Oklahoma not Oakland (godforsaken heck hole) and we are driving. It takes about twelve hours from here to my folks'. Easy drive through the Ozarks, the Mississippi River flood plain, the western end of KY and then through Nashville and on in to God's country. Can't wait to be back in the Land of Orange.

We sit at home by the fire pretty much all week, with the exception of right now because its 70 degrees outside and sounds like the house is about to blow down. But anyways we always watch Christmas vacation, Christmas story, and elf about 50 times during the week and eat way too much lol.

Must have misread. You're closer than Oakland at least.

Hey, I asked mine and she said I better not spend anything on her. I love that woman.

We usually buy only for the kids. We get what we want throughout the year. We are just thankful for the life we have been given. God has been so good to us. I wish everyone could have what we have. We are not rich but we are happy.

Without being too cliché, it sounds like you are rich in the wealth that matters.
