Sometimes it does. I lost what I wanted to last year and have pretty much maintained the goal +/- 3-4 lbs., usually gain over holidays, vacations, parties etc., but as long as I get back on track, I'm good. So I don't think I could lose much more than my goal unless I cut out sugars and wine, which I'm not willing to.Finally reached 118 lbs gone and I’ve maintained at 180lbs current weight for a little while now. I guess my body decided I’ve lost enough. Lol
