I’ve cut out IPAs (my absolute favorites). Been drinking light beer and vodka/soda for the past month. It really cuts back on the calories and carbs.

I worked out hard this week. I've drank hard too.

Still at 240. I'd probably lose weight with IPAs.

I'll jump in here. 256 down from 267 3 weeks ago. Same as a few of you have said. Cut out beer, which sucks ballz. I think I gained about 40-50lbs in 2 years of eating whatever and DEFINITELY drinking whatever.

Heading in the wrong direction, 215 (+5.0) yesterday. It's because I haven't been able to do cardio because knee problems that eventually developed into a staph infection in my knee. It's been terrible. Still not back in the gym, probably going to be another week or two before I get that opportunity.
