I underestimated how quickly I could start to fall back into this lifestyle, and feel good doing it. We went to dinner last night, and I did have a tequila and club soda to drink, but I had a salad w/ no dressing, broc.,, and sirloin. Usually at this place I have chips and salsa, and a relatively healthy dinner. Had no chips, and didn't miss them at all.Forgot:

End of first week of SB Phase 1. My hypertension med includes a diuretic, so I don’t get that crazy initial weight loss, but however much of this is real, I’m pretty happy.
I've been doing good since 2018 when I had my goal and lost the weight I did.I underestimated how quickly I could start to fall back into this lifestyle, and feel good doing it. Today we gotta go work on the house, and usually would stop for breakfast going up. But I'm eating here, eggs and mixed greens, then taking chopped veggies and cottage cheese for lunch (one of my favs.)
What I have to figure out is.....why do I always stop once I hit the end? Why can't I make this my forever way of eating?
It happens. Get back on track and you’ll be fineSo something triggered me to start eating a lot, and not so healthy foods the last few days, I think it started with the Super Bowl party with all the snacks and Chipotle that we ordered. Continued eating bad Monday and Tuesday. In those 3 days I put on 6 or 7 pounds. I have to buckle down and get back on track. This morning I started following my healthy routine again. Thought it would help me by posting it here instead of keeping it inside and beating myself up. Thanks for listening.

It’s weird, the cravings I get for things I don’t normally ever eat. For instance, I’ve got Cheezits on my mind, and I buy maybe a box every other year. Not hungry, just feeling deprived (which I’m certainly not.) First world problems! Waaahhh
