I should buy one of those step-counters just to track what's involved in disinfecting groceries. Leave grocery bags outside, disinfect the landing zone, disinfect the zone(s) for the disinfected groceries, fill prep sink with hot soapy water for produce, unpack one grocery bag at a time onto first zone, put all produce into sink to soak, pick up other items one at a time, wipe each with disinfectant, and carry each to second zone holding by disinfectant wipe, giving a final wipe to the top, returning to first zone to do the same for each remaining item, clean the now-empty surface of the first zone with disinfectant wipe, wash each piece of produce for 20 seconds with the soapy water and lay in clean zone, dump all back in sink when washed and dry soap off surface, rinse produce and lay on clean zone to dry, go put away other groceries that were wiped down, put away produce. Take grocery bags outside to sit in the sun for several days for eventual re-use. Wipe down outside and inside handles of door from outside to kitchen, edges of door inside and out plus frame where you tend to grab, fridge and freezer compartment handles, cabinet handles of pantry, faucet and handle for prep sink. Wash hands.
I've probably forgotten something.
There is no such thing as a quick trip to the store these days.
My hands look like claws.
