Feeling better, new exercise routines and adjusted eating to start dropping some weight/inches. Not a lot different from last week but visually improved!
I do not normally post here, but I have lost 42.6 lbs in the last 10 weeks. I do a Friday weigh in . Started working out at gym again this week. 3 good workouts. I let myself go and I felt like crap. It is amazing how much better I feel.

I have been eating about 1800 calories a day and doing lots of walking and hiking. I am a big guy. I would like to lose 40 more, but more slowly and make sure I am gaining muscle and losing fat
Started intermittent fasting about 3 days ago. So I’m just doing coffee for breakfast and then being somewhat reasonable from 11a until about 7p. Not sure that’s REALLY intermittent fasting, but that’s what I’m doing.
Being hobbled with a bad ankle and foot sprain has reduced me to no snacking and only eating what my wife feels like making for me, which is her actually healthy diet. It's paying off I guess!
