I used to do a cheat day, but stopped. All of the hard work that I was doing was killed on those days.

Monday I started back at putting in an effort to feel better. SBD phase1, and working out 30 mins every morning. Tuesday morning I did bosu ball squats. Considering my knee is still bruised, I feel pretty good. Also fighting wicked allergies (cough and no sleep) and VBS this week.

Also just downloaded LoseIt. Thanks @SDV !

Sounds like water weight to me from the cheat day. It can take me a week or two sometimes for water weight to drop off. If you couple that with body weight fluctuations it can look worse than it is.

Gonna hit my two year mark at being back at the gym this week. Was 181 and am now 172.

Benching 310, squatting 405, and dead lifting 430. Just finish PT on my shoulder and feel great. 36.

Ironically was searching for the old beer thread to post a beer a buddy of mine just brought back from Tennessee. Beer? Fitness? Same thing.

I think I'm holding on to some extra water weight after a day of eating too much last Friday. I'm not too worried about the higher number. It should drop off next week.

At 6'3 I weigh 255.5 lbs at this point. Being in a middle of moving and eating out ,and it hasn't been conducive to me losing weight. It's not really a great excuse, but after I move to NC in a couple of weeks, I'll be finding places to exercise, and eat at home more often.

It is so difficult losing weight when you have to be eating out very often. It’s not always easy to find restaurants that don’t drown their foods in oil and sauce. It’s also very easy to give into temptation and eat or drink more than you would at home.

Lost my dad at end of April and went to Disney for two weeks end of May. Back on the wagon. Hope to be <200 by end of July. Maybe 185-190 by end of year. Not sure where I’ll stop.
