Weights first. Hubby beat me to the treadmill. LOL So I did a 30 min weights workout, then 25 min on the treadmill (only 1.5 miles ). Now it's time to get ready for church.

I just read an article that says pushups are a better determining factor for heart disease in middle aged men. If you can do less than 20 you’re in trouble. More than 40 and you’re in good shape. Supposed to be timed for one minute.

I can't help but laugh out loud. I looked up what that was. I do DVDs each day, so I watched the short clip but I've never heard an instructor say "and again right across that nipple line"
