Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

Think I’m going to try the athlean X program. Trying to incorporate a stretch day at the gym. My right shoulder has severe instability. I can’t bench press without pain. I can literally feel the ball trying to come out of the socket. I did my first stretch and train session for my shoulder today and it feels like a bomb went off inside of it.
