Didn't really work that way with Sanders, but this is a bit different just given the number of coaches involved and the fact that they were not promoted from within. If I was not so convinced that UTK absolutely needs a new hfc to get back in championship form, I would say that the new staff deserves a mulligan.

I more or less agree with the message OE, sadly though I think far too many Vol fans think Fulmer IS the program for any meaningful change to occur. Also, based on things I have heard and read, I do not think PF will go quietly into that goodnight when his time comes.
