I still contend that as far as coaching changes go, we're as close to a new era with Clawson as we are going to get in the near future, I'm as excited about the new possibilities from this as I have been in years! GO VOLS!!!

actually I agree. I think all that talk last year about Phil losing his job if SoCar had beaten us was crap. Phil's not going anywhere.....ever.

I saw a "Best of Sportsnight" last night with an interview of Fulmer coming out of Spring Practice and he said he has decided that he wants to coach "at least 8-10 more years, at least".

I would wait a couple more years and see about Les Miles before I put him in the top 10.

Wondering what Jim Grobe has done to be listed in the Top 10. Don't get me wrong I think he is good coach and a nice guy but he really hasn't done anything to say he is a top ten coach.

These lists are always pretty much worthless. I think Miles is overrated, but it's tough to argue with putting him on the list since he just won a title.

I probably wouldn't have Tuberville on that list since he's basically had about 2 great years in his entire career.

Mark Richt is a top 10 coach about 9 games out of every year. The problem is that he tends to get outmaneuvered once or twice every single year and loses games he shouldn't.

Mack Brown in the top 10? If this were recruiting only, sure. But given the weakness of his conference during his tenure, the lack of results with the talent he has amassed, and the fact he could only win a championship with arguably the most dominant college athlete in the past decade... I don't see it. And the funny thing is, most longhorns would probably agree with me.
