Frankly, I agree & have been guilty & probably w/b guilty again of the same offenses.

That said there is no reason for those that think Coach Fulmer is the greatest coach ever to be so closed minded. Fulmer is no more than an average coach that has (or did have) the ability to recruit some of the best talent in the world, to one of the best college football venues known, allowing those talented enough to showcase their goods on national / regional tv frequently, practice on / in some of the best football facilities in the U.S., offering players the opportunity of playing football in the SEC & along w performing in front of some of the most loyal fans the NCAA fb community has. I'm really not sure how much of a salesman you have to be with those resources backing you up.

In my opinion Fulmer solely allowed, maybe even directed UT to decline to a point that should never be accepted by any Real Vol Fan. For over half a decade UT's offense has continually slipped, staggered, fallen & finally hit rock bottom in 05. This season should be one of the most pivotal in recent UT fb history.

There is absolutely no reason (as has been the case for several years) UT should not compete for the SEC Title this season. We have more than ample talent. As a matter of fact I believe we have some of the best skill position players in the SEC. Our schedule is very much in our favor, 9 out of 12 games are played in the State of Tennessee! We will also have UGA with a down roster due to NFL & graduation & Ark in a state of total meltdown. My friends it (once again) goes back to pure & simple aggressive, progressive, tough & disciplined coaching.

There's no doubt in my mind we will be better...how much will be presented in due time.

Passionate debate will occasionally lead to outlandish statements. Oh, by the way. I've got to be in Nashville in early April. In the spirit of giving the city an opportunity to change my views, I'll try some of the restaurants you mentioned in another thread. I've had drinks at Virago, but never really sampled the fare.

Enough with the elementary school bickering. It's not hard to miss your posts when everyone else is debating an issue, yet you are throwing around the personal insults. I brought it to your attention and you didn't like it. Now maybe you will be more mature about it and think before you type. :D

See Jenn, before last year, this board was the best UT forum on the Net. Thanks to the babies coming in droves, it has become a ridiculous place to hear 15-16 year old kids bitch about a sport they have hardly any idea about.

You should feel right at home with people talking about things they don't know anything about. You've obviously spent an entire life doing so. I forget more about sports in the time it takes me to check my stocks between 4:00 and 4:02 every afternoon than you know. I realize you're probably some lonely, attention starved misfit. However, if the fact that many of the posters on this board actually think for themselves instead of spouting some "everything's great" pablum disturbs you, I don't think there's anything that requires your presence here.

I love how intellectual lightweights, such as yourself hide behind the anonymity of the internet. Given that I'm certain my academic achievements and professional resume far outweigh whatever menial tasks anyone would be silly enough to entrust you with, I've become bored with dealing with you. I'll leave you with a suggestion. Maybe you should start a Heaven's Gate type cult for Fulmerites. I think that would suit your skills perfectly.
