I gave you guys all the knowledge that I can give. I even summarized some quotes from Gibbs. I myself really feel like that UT-UGA game has started playing with his mind a lot more & Bartow hinted at that too. Thanks!

Well, I think that victory over UGA has definitely started playing mind games with Gibbs. 1 month ago he was about as sure to go to UGA as can be.

I think it's that plus CBJ telling Gibbs he can play whichever position he wanted but Kirby Smart not guaranteed him that lately.

From 247 Sports VIP access so can't post direct link to the chat. It was really just Bartow summing up what Gibbs had told him recently. He said that he had chatted with Gibbs recently & Gibbs liked CBJ somewhat better than Kirby Smart but it was still hard to leave his homestate.

But, he said he likes UT's system & CBJ has already told him that he could just about pick his position he'd want to play but Smart didn't promise that to him lately. He also loved the atmosphere better at Neyland Stadium than between the hedges.

He also said that it's not a given he's coming to UT though. But, he did say it's definitely down to UT & UGA only. No other schools involved. Bartow even had picked Gibbs out of all the insider recruiters from 247 Sports to choose UT over UGA. That may end up becoming true.

That "HE GONE" stuff may need to taper down a bit now guys. I think Gibbs seeing us actually play in Athens has his mind wondering around bigtime now. I think it's went from 80%+ to UGA now down to possibly a 50%-50% or 60%-40% UT after Bartow's message from Gibbs. Thanks!

You do have VIP access right? I just about missed it myself. It was posted on Tuesday of this past week I do believe but don't hold me to that date.

It was either Tuesday or Monday one I believe. I do know for sure it was after the UT-UGA game as expected because of what Gibbs said.

It wasn't a long article anyhow. Took up about 2 paragraphs from the article so summing it up didn't take too much.

Bartow is following Gibbs pretty closely so I assume more will be incoming from Gibbs by Bartow in the next couple of weeks or so. Out of all the 247 Insider recruiters he was the only one that said Gibbs would go to UT.

He must have a pretty good Crystal Ball but all this did was bring down the UGA talk a little & up the UT talk more. :wink: We actually might have a chance now.

Our cat isn't anything like that. We have the sweetest cat in the world. I didn't like cats before we got her about 3 years ago. She even looks like that white cat in your video glitch.

She's fat just like that one. She changed my tune about cats. We also have 4 dogs but this is the first cat we've ever owned & I wouldn't take anything for her either. :wink:

In this short interview though he(Gibbs) emphasized playing where he can decide what position he wants to play & only CBJ was up to that & not Kirby Smart. That may help us out more than anything here.

The dawg influencers have become extremely nervous in regards to their position w dg. So much so they are asking me where we think we stand trying to squeeze some info out from our end....which tells me they are not so certain anymore where they stand.

We're in this one...not a done deal but at this point but we are not behind anyone right now.

Roller coaster ride. It would be awesome to nab him after UGA has gone all out to land him. But I think he is just $tringing everybody along for everything he can get at this point. Hope I'm wrong. I'm not really impugning the kid, I don't blame him. As far as anybody knows, he has never officially or silently committed to anybody.

No it certainly didn't hurt but there have been a lot of little things that have helped our cause here.

There is some interesting "issues" occurring currently in the ga locker room...it has been benefiting us in a major way over the last three or so weeks w in state recruits.

We were never out of this one. Only the "he gone" crowd who pop in every time this thread is bumped were sold on him being gone.
