Remember 2013...y'all needed OT and an overturned TD, which didn't show conclusive evidence btw, to beat a team that was truly the bottom of the cellar in talent outside of the OL. In 2014 you hung on by a thread against a team with a lot of starting freshmen and sophomores. In 2015 you lost after leading by 21 to a team that was still very young. Be glad your game was scheduled after Florida this year. Your caught a break, as we came out pretty flat after beating Florida and ending that streak.

Btw, that was a coaching problem as to why we completed that pass. All of your tall guys were behind our WR. You had one 6'0 DB in front of him.

The bolded is just not accurate. Based on the defensive statistics, only two players were true freshmen, and one was a redshirt freshman. Smart inherited a fully loaded cupboard on defense that fit his scheme pretty darn well.
