Honestly though you have to know with a low post count and an absurd statement you are teeing it up for someone to swing away. If you truly follow these forums and GFW/OV like you said then in no way could you believe your own comment about him going to UGA.

It was just my opinion. As a kid i spent more time with my friends then I did my cousins. I don't know if he will go to Georgia or Tn, but he will be hard to pull out of Georgia. Just like everyone on this board including me thought that Hardman was UT bound, until the last few months before signing day... These guys aren't getting to me. Just trying to say I am not a troll, and making a point to the one accusing me that their number doubled as well.

OV said Hardman was always GA bound. OV has said Gibbs to TN is likely.

I am on a smack group on fb, and sometimes the talk does get serious. There is a guy on there that called the 2 Georgia lineman commits the other day a day before they happened. I do believe GFW and OV, but this Georgia guy is good to. He is saying that Gibbs is closer to his friends than his cousin, but he didn't say he was going anywhere.

Yeah he is a dawg fan I just get the feeling Kirby eventually lets him walk if he doesn't get Gibbs which he won't. Dixon is not a fit for that scheme and Kirby has pretty much told him that he doesn't know what position he would play for his defense. He is much better fit for what TN will run

Rivals100 defensive back DeAngelo Gibbs was on Tennessee’s campus for a second time in three weeks as he and his family made the trek from the Atlanta-area to Knoxville this past weekend.

The 6-foot-2, 207-pound Gibbs was just on Rocky Top a few weeks ago with his cousin and Tennessee signee, Nigel Warrior, during Warrior’s official visit, but said this trip was about hanging out with the players and seeing what it was really like to be a Tennessee football player in the offseason.

“My mom and I went up there. They just wanted me to come up and so I went up there and enjoyed my visit,” Gibbs said. “I just hung out with the players and saw how Tennessee is primarily without going to a football game. I got to see campus and all that,”

Warrior’s official visit was an important part in Warrior’s decision to be a Vol and Gibbs said he was happy for his close friend and relative.

“He kind of told me where he was going before,” Gibbs said. “I was excited for him when he committed. I’m sure he’s going to make an impact for Tennessee. He’s a good player.”

Warrior will give Tennessee another player Gibbs knows well as he’s become friends with several Vols and likes the family atmosphere he’s experienced at Tennessee.

”I’m cool with some of the players and I like the family atmosphere they have and all that,” Gibbs said. “I like going up there and Knoxville is a nice city. I always have a good time.”

Gibbs, the No. 45-ranked player in the country, has amassed well over 30 offers since his freshman year, said he’s in no particular rush to make a decision and is just wanting to find where he’s comfortable.

“I just want to enjoy this process and I only get this chance once,” Gibbs said. “I want to make sure I feel comfortable with program I choose and not let anyone else do this for me. No one else is going to have to live with this so I have to make sure it’s the right place. I haven’t narrowed anything down, but I have some ideas on some schools that when I narrow it down will be there.”

Deangelo Gibbs is now ranked the #15 overall player & the #2 CB in the nation according to 247Sports. Gibbs was listed by 247Sports as being "next in line" for a 5* rating. Gibbs is currently a 4* recruit at #15 overall, but will be a lock for a 5* ranking soon. 247Sports always expands their total 5* rated recruits as the cycle moves forward.

Deangelo Gibbs, CB, Loganville (Ga.) Grayson – One of the most athletic cornerback prospects in the country with a linebacker's body. The upside is enormous for Gibbs.
