The staff is scheduled to see Grayson standouts Owen Pappoe, a 5-star linebacker committed to AU, and Kenyatta Watson, a 4-star cornerback committed to Texas, this week. The Vols are hoping to flip both prospects and have them join teammate Wanya Morris in Knoxville.

The staff will see most of their committed guys this week but will undoubtedly focus on some big fish like Pappoe, Smith and Darnell Wright, who is slated to get a visit from the Tennessee staff.

Speaking of Pappoe, interestingly, while the Tennessee staff will absolutely be in Grayson to see the trio of Vol commit Wanya Morris and top targets Pappoe and Kenyatta Watson, there have been no reported plans for the Auburn staff to visit their “commitment” in Pappoe. Obviously that can change, but there is a report of Auburn visiting Russell, so the absence of a report of a visit to Grayson seems at least notable

Gameday on Rocky Top is a good site that changes things up with their coverage. They remind me a bit of The Athletic in that most of their stuff is more long form and goes into quite a bit of detail. With that being said, I have no idea how credible "DylanVol" is as a recruiting guy.

Not sure how that will work out since Georgia has supposedly been recruiting Pappoe to play the Star position. Doubt Pappoe falls for that switcheroo. Don't know where Georgia turns for an inside linebacker if they miss on Dean, but I doubt it's Pappoe because he seems set on starting as a freshman at linebacker.
