I don't see Pappoe ending up at Georgia. Too much politics and hard feelings about Georgia and Grayson right now. He may play the game right up until the end, but I doubt he'll play football at UGA. No inside information, just speculation from observing over the years how these kind of situations usually play out.
the Vols wont stop recruiting Pappoe either. Many strongly believe the 4-star linebackers recruitment is no where near done, and Pappoe still has two OVs left with Tennessee fighting for one of those visits this fall. Pappoe even spoke with Pruitt on Tuesday hours before publicly committing to the Tigers.
Dont get me wrong, Pappoe said. Everywhere you go you know you are going to have to compete. I know Georgia brought in a lot of good linebackers. But [this] doesnt have to do with any of them being over there. I just look at Auburn and see that they would have a whole bunch of seniors leaving. My opportunity there would be better than it would be at Georgia. But my recruiting is not over yet. My signing day is not until December so thats just what I am feeling right now.
According to my buddy that coaches at Grayson,
Owen Pappoe's relationship with Auburn linebacker coach Travis Williams is off the charts. They are very close. Also, Pappoe is recruiting very hard for the Tigers. I still worry about holding on to Morris in the end.

Players and croots really like williams from what I can see. He gets mentioned a lot. I too worry about morris but I think we already sort of weathered that storm. With them saying they had committed silently mth ago. I think that pappoe was making his run at morris with those secret visits and getting auburn to offer clark. Then pruiit put the clamps on
