Starting another Qb other than JG would help. We didn’t have to win against Georgia and Alabama but showed we were competitive. We also had to beat Kentucky.

I usually don't chime in but it's pretty obvious he has connections and I appreciate his info. Cult? No but we don't appreciate others bad mouthing legit insiders. I have no info. I appreciate his and everyone else's who have connections in the program but everything is tempered with the expectations that things change. Pretty simple.

If he was more straightforward he could avoid alot of the flack he gets, everyone understands 18-19 year old kids change their mind, I've been following recruiting since Jamal Lewis, but AV's always hedging and being ambiguous in a way that I have come to associate over time with people who are FOS.

If he was more straightforward he could avoid alot of the flack he gets, everyone understands 18-19 year old kids change their mind, I've been following recruiting since Jamal Lewis, but AV's always hedging and being ambiguous in a way that in a way that I have come to associate over time with people who are FOS.

It’s just weird as hell to me, that’s all. Most of the people in both camps seem to be pretty leveled headed about most everything else on the board but for some weird reason it all goes to hell when the AV discussion starts.

Tired of seeing every player thread turn into a JG or AV discussion.

Look I enjoy the forum and talking to people on here. I rarely get in arguments with people. I enjoy the RF because I find most of the commenters here to be more insightful and it has fewer obvious trolls than the FF, though I post some and like some guys and gals over there too. This (my opinion on AV) is my heretical belief over here though and boy do you guys let me know it whenever I voice it, lol.

All else aside, such a great line (among many others) and movie. I still watch it every few years...reminds me of the old days of reading Doyle Brunson's Super System, watching the WSOP on ESPN with hometown hero Chris Moneymaker (played with his brother one time at a Knox home game...he sucked), playing home games with friends every freakin weekend and finding other games around town online, and the excitement surrounding online poker back then. How I paid my way through college back in ancient times before the wonderful moral police gubmint ruined it.

I imagine someone in his position is walking a tight rope just by giving us what tidbits he does. In his position trust probably matters a whole lot. Being cryptic, in my mind, is a reaction to his position. A lot of people read this board. Opposing fan bases, recruits, and their families. Based on his posts and foreknowledge of several events logically I come to the conclusion he is connected and not fos.

But perhaps Kierkegaard was right, it really just boils down to faith. But then again that would make it cult like so forget I even said that.
