So either he is one of the final 11 unresolved cases out of God knows how many, or the staff is sitting on the news for whatever reason. Again, it’s odd that they seem to know about Gibbs but no clue on Solomon.

I.dont think there's anything odd, like Pruitt said, it was within conference and his case was never that strong. They don't know 100% but with former cases and their knowledge of the situation, they are 99% certain.

I'd listen to AV on Solomon, only one I saw, say not yet. But at least they like their chances.

Its pretty cut and dry on Gibbs, he transfered inside the conference and isn't a Grad transfer. I think its been stated the coaches wasn't even applying for a waiver.

They definitely submitted a waiver. What I took from CJP's comments on interconference transfers was this - you know the other coach is going to make it near impossible. He was basically saying he knew Kirby would be a dick.

Original take that I haven’t changed. Gibbs is an excellent athlete who needs a year immersed in development. Whichever position he settles into. Otherwise we were throwing an athlete on the field and hoping it clicks...whilst burning eligibility.
