If I'm reading Atlanta Vol's insinuation correct, I think some strings have already been pulled and there's a lot of optimism on UT's side of things.

That’s the NCAA but we know they aren’t touching the ones who have PR attached to them that brings their hypocrisy into light. That, and honestly UF probably pushed for this to get approved as well bc they don’t want another PR hit on that story, they want it to go away.

That’s what the “new” rules are supposed to do. Basically closing the loophole everyone was jumping through. Supposed to be much tougher now to get waiver approved but I don’t see how they can make those rules retroactive. If you filed before the new rules, you should be decided by the rules in place when submitted, jmo.
