'17 GA DT Aubrey Solomon (NCAA IS A FAIR ORGANIZATION)

He transferred in conference. Totally different situation
That's pretty crappy, but previous coaches are probably just going make those tougher to avoid the competition. If they didn't, they'd be the same as any other.

I’ve always been consistent with my belief that all of these players should be able to transfer after a season to another program without penalty. The way the AA does it is probably the worst way. There is no consistency and no rhyme or rhythm to their process.

Accusing UT of neglecting to submit paperwork to get a waiver for a player we absolutely need-- on Fulmer's watch-- is absurd. Nobody stirs the pot harder than Basilio.
Someone fact check me because I could be totally wrong and haven't had time to go back and watch but I could have swore I heard CJP say at his media days podium speech they havent even submitted the paperwork at that time.

According to some; There is a reason for that. We are gonna have to sit back and let it unfold.

Can someone elaborate how the DE from UGA can transfer to Florida this year and be granted eligible right away but players who've played two years at a university and transfer out of conference at that takes forever to be decided

When i read Basilio's blog, he wrote that UTAD dropping the ball was one of three possibilities. I did not listen to his show, but I did not get from the blog that AD malpractice was known to be the cause. I do think that something weird is up with this. Too many other transfers have been ruled on. I don't know what the absolute deadline is. We should be able to win the first two games with or without Solomon. Keep fingers crossed.
