Do you think these two programs have the same trend lines?

Just crazy that program is complete trash

They are in year two of recruiting after building relationships for 24 months. They have a nice class and hopefully they get their ish together and mess with Florida.

Our 23’ class will be top 10, this class getting to top 20 is well above my expectations w/ the sanctions and our coaches having less then 11 months on the job. We will fill in with some portal players and will have done about as well as could have even hoped for.

Thanks, I also think some of our recruits are underrated.

I am worried about LBers Jean-Mary needs to earn his paycheck and get us at least two quality portal transfers.

I agree with most of this, except the sanctions stuff. Kids don't give a crap. And it doesn't seem to affect recruiting on the offensive side of the ball. Are only defensive players concerned with the sanctions?

Gotta hope that they know they can build the offense with the incoming freshman and really focus on defensive transfers. If we land an impact safety, linebacker, and defensive end in the portal we’re in business.

You may not be worried about the sanctions, but NOBODY knows how players and their support folk have processed the messages of rival coaches. We probably reduced the fear factor some with our published findings and self-imposed penalties being light, but everybody knows that the NCAA is unpredictable, and you can't trust trends. But that was only a month or so ago, way deep in this cycle It will be real till it ain't, and even then, the probation period will be a buzz word till that is gone also. The Pruitt stink lingers in the air. Fortunately I don't think it is the same level factor for guys in the portal, and it may become less of a factor with HS guys with the flexibility provided by the ONE TIME rule.

I dont see a future with FSU's current coach, no.

Depends on if they've actually paid attention to both programs recently.

If I were an unbiased recruit. I would say UT looks better based on this past season.

That said, neither have been exactly "knocking it out of the park" lately. Also, that's not considering intangibles, such as, distance, relationships, etc.

Yes. But I cant objectively state that for two reasons
- I know the history of this program better than an idiot 18 yo.
- we are under an active NCAA investigation cud Jermy done messed up.

We at least had a shot because of program trajectory. If that was even we would probably not due to the proximity related differentials. At least we gave him a dilemma to deal with. If not this would have been a short thread. Don't think we win this one though. Have to HOPE that coming in second on this one provides some credibility that helps win future battles.

FSU will be fine, history repeats itself. But we are trending also. The NCAA is a ****ing joke, and our biggest er most important rival is hemhoraging players and hired a total dbag. A bigger dbag than the last dbag

Maintain the relationship. Take him in the portal in a couple of years when Norvell gets fired.
