Defensively, Kameryn Fountain had a blast last weekend and we expect him to come to a decision after Tennessee starts fall camp. He loves Rodney Garner and while he has several visits this month, we believe the Vols are trending.

This has been recruiting weekend for a lot of schools. Reading stuff from recruiting services, there has been a lot of “visit highs” off the first trip.

Southern Cal is a MUCH better landing spot for him than Georgia (or South Carolina).

Also depth chart wise, this year we have Baron, West, Hobbs, and Tyree Weathersby with only Baron gone after this season.

Is Nwaneri projected to bulk up as a 3-technique? He looks like he can move around. I think we have a good chance with Kamerion Franklin but not Rushing. I guess we are pretty loaded at SDE and have a bunch of lighter WDEs already on campus.

Fountain is an edge, not a SDE. Fountain wasn’t down the board either
