So all the 5* arent nil chasing? All the 5* will stay at their initial school? A dude transferring has no impact how good he will be. He literally dropped to a 3* once it was a consensus in the industry that he wont end up at uga. Football hasnt been played in 8 months.

It’s known these “gurus” arent real evaluators. They change rankins for engagement with no consistent criteria. To your point on nil chasers: Usc’s qb commit is said to be chasing the biggest bag (visited burn, colorado, hoosiers), but he is still highly rated. Why didnt he drop to 3*? Nobody knows who is portal risk, its some made up bs to justify ranking changes.
