Agreed, but after thinking we had Walker in the bag for a few weeks, a damper was put on the day for me.

I think Muschump was looking for Mincey to be a lot thicker so they didn’t push as hard. When he was a Hog commit they were calling him a DT the whole time. Some guys hit the weight room and just get stronger, not bigger. Derrick Barnett was supposed to turn into a 300 DT, and promptly dropped 20 lbs when he got to campus.

Pruitt likes 4 for 4 linebackers who move around also for different situations. I think he eventually starts series inside and maybe rushes from the outside on third. Versatility rules.

The sad thing is, Kirkland may only may through 3 or 4 games before he gets injured again. That seems to be the case every year and its to bad cause he has so much talent. Here's hoping he makes through the whole season. :rock:
