I am not crazy and I would not switch allegiance. I raised my son to love the Big Orange. If he went to another school after having a UT offer, he would expect me to cheer for the Vols.

I get that part. He will look back and say he was caught up in the excitement of his son... in mean I would be pretty excited about my son going to a SEC to play football. I’m sure I would do something stupid. Heck I’m sure I would do something stupid without any of those components lol.

For the life of me I don't understand how some of our fans have such a hard time giving our coaches credit for situations like that but have no trouble whatsoever giving a rival the credit.

UGA and Pittman couldn't convince Morris and Wright to be dawgs. They lost those battles. Just like UT staff lost the Ratledge battle. Pretty simple, really.

My point was that, while our staff landed two top linemen, Georgia was never really in the race for either one of them.

I'm not discrediting the staff only finding the flaw in your statement.

But again that was not a knock on the staff.

Tell your hubby that UGA will suffer this year....they have a crappy OC and DC. The best revenge on the kids that chose UGA over TN is to put Kirby on the hot seat and hopefully in the unemployment line.

Dude may as well have picked up a Tennessee cap and flung it across the room. He's just looking for attention --I'd say his fifteen minutes of fame, but it's more like 30 seconds.

Let's all acknowledge the terrible uphill battle our coaches face and give them three to FIVE years to straighten things out. Do I need to list the obstacles they have to overcome against Alabubba and Georgier?

Not root against him. But you don't have to pull that crap. Corn Bennett of Bama wore an orange shirt with no logo and when asked why his son didn't choose Bama, he said because Bama doesn't recruit three stars. Just saying.
