'19 GA OL Wanya Morris (Tennessee signee)

I was like “Dang, kid’s got a baby face. Looks even younger than I thought he did. Oh wait, he’s 10 in the pic. Ahhh...”

Reading is hard.

You referring to Kenyatta Watson II? Man, he was high on us back a few months ago. Why is it that our recruits come for a visit & get no commitments but some of these other schools are getting commitments upon their 1st visit from a recruit or even offer when they're visiting?

That's puzzling me because we haven't gotten not a single recruit to commit upon visiting. It makes me wonder what the heck is going on but not in panic mode yet. Thanks.

When WM committed, he was asked a question by a reporter and replied by saying he had been committed for a month. There is a such thing as a silent commit. Silent commits are a positive, IMO. Let all the other schools continue to waste their time recruiting someone who is already committed to us.

I hope committed means committed, in this case. Because to most kids, committed means "current leader."

He did, and I believe that is true. My comment was more general in what committed means to today's recruits.

I do miss the time someone's word was a testament to ones character. It's hard to believe that people used to be able to get a loan with a handshake.

Wanya Morris, OT, Loganville (Ga.) Grayson – Morris is one of the highest upside players we’ve seen on the camp circuit to date. The frame is exactly what you want an offensive tackle at this stage to look like. He’s maybe the most athletic tackle in the class and he had the most dominant offensive tackle camp performance of the year. If his film picks up just a tick as a senior, the recent Tennessee commit could work himself into the five-star range.

the elite 11 regional camps are winding down but we’re still catching up on rankings adjustments from the spring tour. Elite 11 regionals in nashville and charlotte both showcased a ton of talent beyond just the quarterback position and several players have earned rankings bumps. These are some of the notable moves in the four-star range.
