Kasper reached a level that we just weren’t going to go to in Oregon. Tate absolutely wanted to be at Ohio State; we didn’t get out bid he did absolutely use us to get a better offer. FM just got a ridiculous offer to go to Miami and if the numbers we’ve heard rumored are right I don’t blame him; he wanted to be at Tennessee if all things were close to equal.happens a ton for sure
kasper wanted to reclassify though. Oregon was taking him as a ‘22Kasper reached a level that we just weren’t going to go to in Oregon. We can cry over it or take that 4 milllion that would’ve went to FM and try to get Ramil, Simmons, and Umarov with it.
I’m convinced we’re getting played for a bigger bag. Too many recruits we are supposedly in a great position for that our mods start walking back in the final days of their recruitment. One is fine, two is a coincidence, three is a pattern.
Could you be more melodramatic? Especially at a position such as OL. The least important position as far as rankings go. Very difficult to predict success of 16-18 year old OL. Top couple typically no brainers and then after that it is a crapshoot. If we miss on this kid, our OL recruiting is in dire straits.
Absolutely I could. But I'm not being melodramatic, I'm being realistic. This kid and Ramil are at the top of our recruiting board now that Mauigoa has picked Miami. I'm trusting that there's a reason our coaches have them at the top of the board.Could you be more melodramatic? Especially at a position such as OL. It is really easy to spend someone else's money. But there are other recruits that may take an NIL... and there are current players who will expect an NIL after they actually perform on the field this fall. Just speculation but I doubt Nimrod got a bunch of NIL money when he signed or showed up. But then he made noise in the spring. What might it cost to keep him or someone else like him?Send a bigger bag of cash
