TJ has a lot of developing to do as a passer. The raw materials are there and he's one hell of an athlete, but he didn't throw it a ton in his high school offense. Right now his mechanics, accuracy, and ability to make reads and go through progressions all need work. All this while trying to learn the playbook as well. The good thing is that he's a smart kid and extremely hard worker that wants to do well. He's not arrogant or entitled. He also has great mentors as teammates in Hooker and Milton. We'll have to see how much he develops by next spring.I would not count out Tayven Jackson. Everybody is super impressed with him. Honestly for the future my money is on him, but Nico has huge potential as well. It’ll be an interesting battle!
