'20 GA QB Harrison Bailey (UT SIGNEE)

Do we even want? This kid has no stars.

Harrison Bailey - Hudl

If you watch the vid from Nov 26 highlighting his SO year you will see a ton of Keyton, he is #10. This was in only 6 games because Bailey suffered a broken collarbone vs Pebblebrook. He finished with 464 yards passing that game despite that and he came back for the playoffs and was awesome.

I'm not ready to pull a D4H and change my user name to B4H but this kid has some of the best film and foot work of kids that age I've seen in a long time.

As someone who watched him against a team with 3dbs that held SEC offers, yes he is awesome. In fact he took a beating from the linebackers and still kept at it, never once backing down.

Everyone seems to keep over looking Shrout.

The kid has some ability and the staff saw enough in him that they wanted him.

It is like what was discussed the other day. Qb is the hardest position to recruit for. You never know how a kid will turn out. The 3 star kid could shine and the 5 star could wilt under the pressure.

With that being said, I'll take Bailey all day 'erry day.

But I don't think the cupboard is as bare as some let on here.

Let's just hope Helton can develop it, with maybe Weinke helping out a little too.

No insider knowledge here but, reading the tea leaves, I am wondering if Bailey may reclassify to '19. That could explain why it appears that the /19 QB recruiting has become less active while other '19 targets are being relentlessly pursued by this staff and could also explain the strange Howell situation (although going to a FSU program that recently won a title and routinely recruits at the highest levels isn't all that strange for an elite prospect).

How do these kids reclassify? I have seen it a few times in basketball? Do they load up on classes in the summer to graduate?
