'20 GA QB Harrison Bailey (UT SIGNEE)

Stationary thrower? Doesn't he know the new preferred technique is the step-back fade away throw off one foot? Needs to James Harden that thing.

But seriously, I don't know why they would frame that as a negative. If he has trouble throwing while rolling out, just say that. But 90% of his throws should be made while stationary so...

As far as “mobility” from the QB position, the thing I look for when I watch any limited highlights on QB prospects is how they move in the pocket. In what I’ve seen from Bailey, he moves the way a QB should move in the pocket. Instead of backpedaling, he moves up in the pocket and steps into throws. This is something I’ve worried about with Shrout. Shrout backpedals from pressure, Bailey moves up when the pocket moves.

All that to say...I’m very excited that Bailey is all Vol. I hope he can convince guys like Gilbert and Jarrett to join him.

They aren’t going to speak on him they don’t like him because:!
Couple things, this is the most upset I’ve seen someone over a players rankings. Rankings don’t determine who/when someone offers. Doing camps gets you noticed, and he’s done more than anyone. Most recruits dgad about rankings, especially enough to voice them publicly. My advice, don’t worry about rankings. If you are a Vol fan, just be glad he’s coming to TN.

Second, I don’t believe for a second their is an ‘agenda’ by an entire profession against Bailey. That’s tinfoil hat stuff. Jordan Burch doesn’t talk, AT ALL and he just ROSE to the #1 spot in the rankings.

Hopefully he balls out....

Pocket presents

He can careless to talk to them and don’t answer their stupid Question.
They blow him up on social media he doesn’t respond to them.

So they have built a narrative about mobility and people take it and run with it. He is faster than DJ and it isn’t close.
BTW my reports he finished in top 5 after last nights workouts and is absolutely throwing Dimes today so far!!!

Plus stop reading into creepy old fat men who chase 15-18 year olds around so they can twist their words!
Preach!

Stationary thrower is recruiting code for concrete feet. My response if I was him would be, turn on the tape. Former Rome coach calls these camps/7 on 7s, the underwear olympics lol

Who is Burch committed to? If Bailey would have committed to Michigan and Harbaugh they would not have dropped him so much even if he didn't talk at all.

You do realize that most TN commits rise in the rankings, correct? Solomon jumped over 1,000 spots after he committed.

The funny thing is that in reality, once a kid gets to the college of their choice, these rankings don't mean squat. All these stars do is give fan bases a reason to call you a bust if you don't live up to perceived star rankings.

That is happening with recruits that Pruitt is discovering for them. But, no, don't think so with most recruits like AL, Clemson, OSU, GA...

Pretty much saying, offered (bump, because other schools recognize Pruitt’s evaluation) vs committed to Tennessee (drop in rankings, because Tennessee is not on the same level as Alabama, Georgia, Ohio, etc. and recruit is probably settling)

I didn’t say Bailey didn’t drop, you showed one recruit, fact is more TN commits went up, than down. Some went up tremendously. Every teams fan believes ‘ESPN hates, Rivals/247 hates us, etc’ TN gained more spots than it lost I assure you. Yes, the Bama bump is real (they’ve admitted it), so is the SEC bump. Do they get automatic bumps? Sometimes, but at minimum, the recruiting services go back and studies X prospects film if the commit to a SEC school. Why? Bc the SEC puts the most players in the NFL and has earned their rep as talent evaluators.
