'20 GA QB Harrison Bailey (UT SIGNEE)

He will probably commit to Michigan. But he will bleed orange if and when harbaugh gets called back to the NFL. Higher ranked QBs don’t usually flip from their recruitment, but when a head coach leaves its kind of hard to expect a 18 year old kid to stick to his decision when one program has the rug pulled from underneath them and the other is improving. Hope to see him with a power T on his helmet before it’s all said and done

Class of 2020 quarterback Harrison Bailey will make his college announcement on Thursday afternoon at Marietta High School. Bailey will chose between Tennessee and Michigan. Sources close to Bailey indicated to Volquest that Bailey has made his final decision.

Bailey has been to Michigan 4 times and has been to Tennessee 4 or 5 times during his recruitment.

One possible interesting twist in Bailey’s recruitment is the timeline for his arrival in college. Multiple schools this fall have presented Bailey and his family with the idea of possibly reclassifying into the class of 2019. However, we are told that Bailey and his family have made no final decision on that idea and won’t until sometime in the spring. Bailey is in the proper coursework to allow him to graduate a year early in that’s the direction he wants to go. He will be eligible to graduate in May and enroll in college in June of 2019. Current South Carolina quarterback Jake Bentley did the same thing.

A reclassification decision will come late for now it about announcing his college choice between Michigan and Tennessee which he will do Thursday afternoon.
