I don't think the reclassification has anything to do with his decision of schools. I don't know what the decision is going to be school wise. Bailey doesn't do interviews and as a family they keep things very, very quiet. I'm not sure Bailey has told Michigan or Tennessee his choice at this point.

Yeah also not a good look that harbaugh couldnt win the big one even with his QB.

Bailey committing to TN would have a much bigger impact than Michigan. He can be a much better peer recruiter in region that out of region. That's half the award of being a top QB prospect committing early.
