With the 4 game red shirt rule and the ease in grad transfer restriction I bet we start seeing more top tier QB recruits graduate early. They can play four halfs against the FCS or weak FBS teams and red shirt what would be there senior year of highschool. Then if they dont lock the starting job down after what their redshirt sophmore year they could transfer and have 2 years to play without having to sit out.

Michigan isn't going to take many more losses to Ohio State before they kick Harbaugh out the door. Harbaugh is 0-4 vs Ohio State. He is 2-2 vs Michigan State. 2-2 vs Penn State. Those are not numbers Michigan will put up with for very long. I think all recruits might want to take a long look at the situation in Michigan before signing.

Harbaugh will be in Ann Arbor as long as he wants to be.

I respectfully disagree. You honestly believe Harbaugh has that much power? Not even Nick Saban has that kind of power at Bama. If Saban started losing to Tennessee every year he would be gone. Michigan wants championships and you can't get them by losing to Ohio State every year.

I do find it interesting that VQ mentioned "some" momentum with the Vols and had the reclassifying information before anyone else.

HB supposedly won't reveal his decision to any media outlet beforehand, so everyone is guessing at this point.

My guess is Simonton heard he's likely picking UT but were told not to spoil it. Then Helton is gone so that adds drama and doubt and that happening gave Simonton the idea it was okay to sneak in there that UT had some momentum last week. Just guessing.

Anyone else get the feeling this Helton thing has been in the works for a while? All this happened way too quick.

Not for nothing but if this kid picked UT it’s because of Pruitt, location, facilities, relationships with Keyton and other ‘19s et cetera.

Helton doesn’t have the skins on the wall that a highly rated QB is going to hitch his wagon to.

Not to mention, this Helton to WKU thing has been in the works for a while. Happened too fast for me to believe otherwise.

I say Vol.
