If what Simmons said was true about Pruitt being in contact with McCollough multiple times a week, Id imagine hes a take IMO.
Speed is probably the main concern. He's a good player, though, and with Aaron Beasley being big enough that he's likely more of a linebacker/running back, Tennessee obviously is open to adding another safety to go along with Anthony Harris. And McCollough is a bigger, different type of player compared to Harris, which is a plus.
Like I said, Tennessee ideally might have liked to see McCollough in camp last month to get an even better feel for him. But the Vols have liked him for a while, and I won't be surprised at all if they decide to take him. -Callahan
