I may be getting way ahead of myself and dismissing them early, but I’m not worried about Clemson anymore in recruiting.
Two teams going in opposite directions.
Their offensive line was atrocious last yearI was shocked that Dabo didn’t make changes in offense by bringing in an outside voice. Defense I understand as the system still works so if you trust the guy then roll with consistency. However offense was dysfunctional and they just promoted a guy already heavily part of the dysfunction. Tells me he truly believes Dj is the problem and not his scheme
don't necessarily need it if you get a good collective going. it certainly helps, don't get me wrong. but i firmly believe that for the top tier programs at the D1 level, there won't ever NOT be enough money to compete with each other.I think the NIL is the end of the Clemson run. They don’t have the national fanbase to support it.
SEC schools are going to eat everyone alive with the NIL. Football is a religion down here. People will put up their last dollars to see their team win.don't necessarily need it if you get a good collective going. it certainly helps, don't get me wrong. but i firmly believe that for the top tier programs at the D1 level, there won't ever NOT be enough money to compete with each other.
I am a member everywhere ( Rivals,247,ESPN ) and picked it up from one of his recent interviews .I just do not remember which site it was.

I don’t think you guys understand that programs are basically playing catch up to our NIL program and this includes Bama and Georgia. We have effectively set the bar…SEC schools are going to eat everyone alive with the NIL. Football is a religion down here. People will put up their last dollars to see their team win.
My buddies from up north always talk about it when they are down here. They can’t believe all of the college gear they see people wearing.
Spyre could sell Spyre sports I gave my all for TN shirts for $59.99, 200,000 would sell just so people could show they gave money to help the program. It’s not happening in other parts of the country.
Same goes for Bama, Florida, LSU, A&M, Auburn, Georgia. They will all get big time donations for NIL . I just don’t see Clemson with those rabid fans. They lost most of their bandwagon fans last year.
True. Just hope they don't rest on their laurels. I believe there is a way to manage NIL fees and revenues that can lead to revenues measured in 8 or even 9 digits rather than 7. $25 million primarily through donations is impressive. But there is an opportunity to truly monetize NIL that could make UT dominant perpetually.I don’t think you guys understand that programs are basically playing catch up to our NIL program and this includes Bama and Georgia. We have effectively set the bar…

It is a matter of will. What if the doctors who graduated from Vandy would pool their resources?Pretty much. Well, everyone except Vandy. That program is about to get left in the dust even more than they already are which is crazy. With the admission requirements they can’t even just go pay huge NIL for just anybody. Even when it comes to transfers they have no chance. Yesterday they got transfer commits from guys out of Cal Poly and North Texas. They need to go play in the AAC or something. It only gets worse from here with NIL and Transfer Portal.

Don’t underestimate Clemson. They are a football school in a basketball conference. Having spent years visiting games with a good friend who was a CU grad they have the feel of an SEC school. IPTAY | Clemson University | Supporting Clemson Student-Athletes Since 1934!I think the NIL is the end of the Clemson run. They don’t have the national fanbase to support it.
no, like i said, "IF YOU get a good collective going...". it's predicated on that, not necessarily a fan base. if you have both, like we do, then it certainly helps.I don’t think you guys understand that programs are basically playing catch up to our NIL program and this includes Bama and Georgia. Vandy’s athletes don’t have to qualify academically at the same level as their student body and neither do UT’s athletes.Pretty much. Well, everyone except Vandy.
