I know some will say well it’s just because he is at TN for the visit, but he seems genuinely happy about TN. I think the fact that Heupel and the staff really like to get to know these recruits personally. Like he said. Instead of just talking about football JH talks about other stuff. I think we are in a good spot and hopefully can land this guy. His film is insane.

New video with him from VQ. Sounds like he had a good visit and got to spend good time with coaches and players. Said they pulled out "all the stops" for him. Said it put us "Near the top, close to the frontrunners."

He said he had OV lined up to Georgia, Michigan St and Ohio State. No mention of Clemson OV. Most people have pegged him to Clemson.

I believe AP said in a recent pod that Burley's OV to Clemson is during the season. So even if we get a commitment before the season, we will have to survive an OV to Clemson after that commitment.

Clemson doesnt let their commits take other officials, I dont think. So, itd be wise to save his Clemson visit for last if he was truly thinking of going or committing there.

Agreed. I'm ready. They took advantage of a weak UT, good QB play, and a weak conference and turned that into a good stretch. But I really think it is over for them.
