Brown is one of the top four tight ends in Georgia and he joins good friend Jackson Lowe on the UT commitment list. Brown's heart has been set on Tennessee for some time. He was close to committing to the Vols the same day Lowe did, March 30. His decision was made long ago and he is very excited about making it public today.
