Went to the huge flea market in Seveirville yesterday. It was neat but I got to meet a very unexpected person. At one of the booths was Eric Esch aka Butterbean. He is nowhere near as big as he used to be. Really cool guy. Down to earth and nice as can be. I shook his hand and he about broke my hand lol

I met butter bean a long time ago when I was doing a little MMA. He was deceptively strong back then. I had a friend put on the mitts and helped him train on one of the days and said he hit like a freaking truck.

Even 2021 heupel thought Joe Milton was the better choice over Hooker. The man is a great coach, not infallible. But JG probably would have had his talents maximized under heupel
