I think Tennessee still is in good shape with Ramel Keyton. After landing Brown on Friday night, the Vols might not have to wait long for their next commitment. Keyton, a four-star wide receiver from Marietta (Ga.) High School, is set to announce his decision Wednesday afternoon, and he plans to choose between Tennessee and Auburn.
All signs still point to the Vols being the team to beat. He has visited them six times since September 2016, including two trips to Knoxville this year. he most recently visited Tennessee on April 21 for its spring-ending Orange and White Game.
Auburn hosted him on his most recent visit on May 5, taking one final look at the Tigers leading up to his announcement. By all indications, though, the Vols have weathered the storm to this point and still appear to be the favorites to land him going into Wednesdays announcement.
The 6-foot-3, 186-pound Keyton would add another four-star prospect to Tennessees class and give the Vols their first wide receiver in the 2019 class. He also would be their fourth commitment from the state of Georgia. Tennessee didnt win enough big-time recruiting battles in the Peach State in former coach Butch Jones final couple of years in Knoxville, and Pruitts staff already has started to change that.
