Hmm... kinda nice to pick up solid players and not have to sell myself these lines.

1. Probably get a bump.
2. Nearly a 4*
3. Trust the coaches.
4. Look at the offer list (always verifiable, right?)
5. Look at his competition tho
6. Sleeper prospect
7. Criminally underrated
8. Stars don’t make him a better player
9. He’s a teammate of this other stud we are recruiting
10. Just wait till the staff coaches him up

What you seem to be implying would only apply to a kid who was, by his own choice, down to UGA and TN as his final two. Say a kid like Quay Walker. In that case, you may be correct. But kids like Morris and Peterson had UGA as an option, so Tennessee beat Kirby out for those two...along with Saban, Swinney, Malzahn, and others.

A Quay Walker type of situation is exactly what I'm talking about. I thought I have made that clear. I have said "head to head" in nearly every post. I'm done with arguing about this, I think my comment was taken way more severely than I intended. Pruitt is doing great in GA...That is all.

The quote of yers that I replied to just asked to name one player that we beat kirby head to head for. You didn't specify Georgia boy. I asked if he counted because I figured either you forgot or there was some parameter I was missing. Obviously this all comes down to arguing semantics on a pretty inconsequential opinion though so it will go on forever.

I am going to the Marietta spring game Thursday if the anticipated thunderstorms don't cancel it. I will let y'all know how he does.
