Lol. Do you think we lost to Arkansas because we didn’t play enough freshmen?Nope. But no coach is or has ever been perfect.
But you seem to think he is .
Was what he’s doing working when we lost to Arkansas?
I’m sure you think it was.
He’s been here what 4 years?
White , Sampson .
Lewis and Bishop had to play, Sampson was the only one ahead that wasnt hurt.
So in 4 years 2 on the offensive side have played meaningful snaps.
And I’m talking offense.
I know some on defense.
Not really shooting down what I said here.
You pretty much supported what I said

At a macro level, Heupel seems to believe that experience in the system should have some weight, even to the point of sitting some FR longer than some of us would like. At a macro level, that strategy is working.
It’s really not that complicated, and it doesn’t require me believing that Heupel is perfect.

He really didn’t have a choice with Lewis, did he?Peyton Lewis and Mike Matthews say hello?
He really didn’t have a choice with Lewis, did he?
Mathew’s played behind 3 stars that hit the portal or the starter’s that were ho hum and he caught 7 passes All year.
Damn well usage of a 5 star +.
Bru, Thornton and Squirrel got 12 of Nico’s 23 pass attempts against UTEP.
Why??? They didn’t even need to play for crying out loud!!
Staley and Mathew’s got 3 targets each.
Ridiculous in a 56-0 scrimmage
Or it’s possible that the right call was actually to play the older guys over the freshmen you’re pining away for…You don’t get that he’s not perfect and he’s capable of mistakes?
You’re in total agreement? Or just afraid of volnation and don’t dare speak of it when you don’t agree?
Again WR is not RB... RB is one of the easiest of the skill positions to start as a true freshman. It is very common for RB's to get carries early on raw skill. Why is CP a RB in the NFL now? Velus Jones? It's an easy way to get a guy with a lot of raw physical talent but a lack of 'skill' the ball in space. They take a lot more physical punishment than other positions but they also have less 'skills' to learn. Run, block and catch every once in a while. A RB that can catch and passblock but cant run great can still get a job. RB's have a fairly simple task assuming they have a decent Oline. Get ball hit hole. Once he has the ball its on him and his physical talents. As a quick experiment I checked the top 50 rushing and receiving leaders in the NCAA this year. You realize WR has been by far our deepest position since Huep arrived right? Hard to get into the rotation when we don't substitute a lot and there's a bunch of talented upper classmen in front of you.

Rushing
5 of the top 50 were QB's
9 underclassmen 3 Freshmen and 6 Sophomores
Receiving
4 of the top 50 were TE's
there were 3 undercalssmen.. 2 sophs and 1 freshman (Smith from OSU)
Ignoring the fact there are way more WR's on the field than RB's so a WR has a higher chance to get on the field period at some point than a RB. There are as many Freshman RB's in the top 50 as there are underclassmen period for WRs and the singular Freshman WR is a once in a decade freak of nature (twice a decade if you are freaking OSU).....
RB is not WR...if you had a valid point CP would not have an NFL career.
throwing together a bunch of words you don't understand does not make any point. You compared RB's to WR's they are not alike. especially in the context you used. Even less so in the context of CJH offense. CJH rotates RB's pretty much every series. They do not rotate WR's hardly ever outside of injuries. There are less RB's o na roster than there are WR's. If you apply those facts together using math and logic you come to the fact its a lot more likely a backup/freshman/walkon RB gets snaps than a WR in this offense. This is also true pretty much across college football even in cases where they rotate WR's more often because math is undefeated.None of this incoherent mess relates to my point.
Matthews was a 5 star+? Genuinely asking. Doesn't seem like a body type that would be to me personallyHe really didn’t have a choice with Lewis, did he?
