You don’t think this team has the potential to get better on offense? You’ll change ur mind every week , but I’m pinning this comment let’s see who was right in a few weeks.
To this point in conference games not good so far. I don't know what it will be like later on. I sure hope it gets better. Pin this too

It will be close. I don't care if we win by one, just win. It's ALWAYS a struggle against them even when we've won the few times that we have. Oddsmakers say UT by 15.5 I think? Can't recall the last time we were favored by that much against them.
We were also favored by 13.5 last Saturday.

Tennessee is much, much better than Florida.
Last week was a culmination of a lot of bad things - mainly a freshman qb on the road in a hostile environment and a line that couldn’t communicate very well- much less block worth a crap. And a D that got worn out because they were on the field the whole game.

They got off the bus just like in Columbia and thought they would roll a lesser opponent, and it didn’t happen. They don’t call ‘em trap games for nothing.

One of the easiest money makers in football is betting on a superior team coming off of a loss they shouldn’t have lost - and CJH is going to show no mercy in this one- Vols hang a fifty burger.

You must be a new fan. It doesn’t matter if we have the superior team. UF owns us. I love the Nico excuses. Oh young QB on the road. So he is only good at home? That’s great 🙄.

They got off the bus and thought they would drill a lesser opponent just like in the SC game? Off a bye week???? If that’s the case, we have a serious red flag situation with Heupel. Why hasn’t he learned his lesson?

Your last statements about easy money may be true. But that doesn’t apply to TN/UF. If you are this confident, take a screenshot of your bet on TN.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know when is the last time our Vols faced the Gators coming off a loss? (That is, the Vols having lost their previous game.)

its looking like hooker was just an outlier and generational type QB for tennessee that we lucked into.

its becoming clear that heupel isnt very good at evaluating and/or developing QB talent
Why shouldn't Josh Heupel get any credit for Hendon Hooker turning his college career around at Tennessee?

It seems reasonable to give Heupel (and certainly Golesh too) at least some credit for the seasons that Hendon Hooker had in 2021 and 2022. Hooker was not a "generational type QB" at all. He was benched at Virginia Tech, and then he transferred.

Game Cancelled due to
Hurricane Milton?
I live in South Ga and we are still recovering from the last hurricane. They are saying Milton could be a Cat 5 when it hits Florida. That is going to be devastating. Selfishly I’m so glad it isn’t going to directly hit us again🤞, but I feel for those in its path. A storm that powerful causes so much damage and is so dangerous.

As far as the game goes, it looks as if Gainesville will be on the less violent side of the storm. Because of the rotation the east side is usually the most violent side causing much more destruction. I think it’s predicted to hit land on Wednesday last I heard, so IMO there is a good chance the game isn’t canceled. Who knows though? They are usually pretty accurate with predictions but it’s not 100%. Hopefully the storm is moving fast when it hits and doesn’t stall over land too badly.

Anyway, at the moment I don’t think the game will be canceled but that could change.
