You might want to read her contract and see what her buyout is after this season...
"Caldwell is owed 100% of her base pay of the five-year contract if terminated before March 31, 2025. If she is terminated on or after April 1, 2025, she is owed 50% of her base contract."

I have a couple of questions…help me out!

I never really see any adjustments on defense. We turn it up or dial it back a bit but never throw any other defenses at a team to try to break their momentum. Does Coach ever run any other type of defense?

And offensively it seems to be either one on one drives with possibly a kick-out but more than likely a shot attempt whether it is there or not. We don’t seem to have any other offense to run. Do we even know how to really run an offense besides run and gun or play one on one? Is this the only offense she runs or will run? I just hate that we never seem to adjust. At one of the away games she said we were taking bad shots. The next game we took the same bad shot and they went in, so I guess they weren’t bad shots? I’m just asking.

And finally the loss to Kentucky was atrocious. But in the presser she said oh we will be watching that film repeatedly. Did they get demoralized and run into the ground? Where was our energy? Did we not prepare for Georgia and focus more on that Kentucky tape? Occasionally she will say WE weren’t ready but usually she is quick to place all the blame on the players. I know she is not missing the shots etc.

I love her fire and hope we do well and get past these two games. We were a 3 seed and supposedly had the talent to be a three. Now 2 back to back losses and everyone is just saying we don’t have any talent etc. But honestly how did we have that 3 seed going into this week if we really are this bad? Something is up. I hope we turn the corner. Haven’t listened to this presser yet but I will. Let’s go Lady Vols! Show them what you got in Greenville!

I didn't say that he would fire her, it would be a bad look if he did, but has the option if the Vol Club donors that stepped forward last year have lost their faith in her. Hiring her was a gamble, but no established coach would take the job. Too bad Kentucky grabbed Kenny Brooks first, that would have been a home run hire.

Kim has to grow,,just like her players do
If she doesn't grow alongside with them,,,then there's reason to talk about this,,,,otherwise its just a little dog barking behind a gate
