You know the answer to that. You’ve tried to dance with me for a few years now. Sunday afternoon in Knoxville for women’s basketball is different than a Saturday night in Athens, GA beating UGA. Last time we did it in football, LSU fans were leaving in the 3rd. Did our largest crowd leave early? Is so, that only adds to the embarrassment
I’m not shocked at all, I knew this would be our toughest game all season, when you’re playing the best team u need to cut down on mental mistakes and we didn’t do that today.Honestly I’m actually shocked we lost. I thought them playing their 3rd game in 7 days (2 on the road), and having home court advantage would help lift us over them. We gotta get they mental toughness.

National televisionWe were talking about chants. Someone seemed to think it is "embarrassing" to hear visiting fans celebrating in our arena after a win...as though UT fans should be singing Rocky Top at the top of their lungs to drown out the other fans. That's the job of the band and singing the alma mater, etc. if it's such an affront.
You moved the stanchions to say that it's embarrassing to lose (to the defending national champions and still top ten team). I can see people being embarrassed to lose to Chattanooga (Holly's first game) or MTSU this year or even be embarrassed by the way we lost. But being embarrassed simply because another team beat us at our home and then is celebrating like winning fans do is just silly.
Idk maybe I saw the auburn game and got my hopes up too much. I genuinely thought since we gave SC a run for their money, with a week off we would fix those lapses and pull a win against LSU.I’m not shocked at all, I knew this would be our toughest game all season, when you’re playing the best team u need to cut down on mental mistakes and we didn’t do that today.
You just said that a late season turnarounds and tournament run wouldn't change your mind. Own it.
You and your cohorts don't want Kellie to succeed at this point. If you read my post, I didn't defend her decisions in this game, especially fourth quarter. But I sure was hoping they'd pull it out.
Unlike the vocal contingent who only comment when things are going wrong and then scurry back into their holes when we mount a comeback.
That might help us, if we have a lot of spots open we can build a better overall roster. If I were Puckett, Wynn, and Striplin I would enter the portal. They aren’t going to win a championship at TN. I would at least go someone where that’s going to compete their final season. Heck and get developed more in a year than they have in 3 years.
