This is on coaching. I’m not one of those posters here who pretends to be a support to bash the program. But the coaching just isn’t close to the level it should be..

You think? We hired someone who was fired from the only P5 job she’s ever had and was handed the reigns to a top 2 program. If she hadn’t played here she would’ve never sniffed the job. Fulmer had no connections, no cache and no respect as an AD. His 3 hires consisted of JP, KJH and the attempted hire of Steele as interim HC; outside of JP he simply went with people he knew, who he knew would accept the jobs, without any qualifications for the jobs they were handed.

They will be a one and out in the tourney! I don't know what they need to figure it out but they need to do it...

You may have described the #1 problem. Players thinking they have to step up is taking away from team chemistry and it's gotten to a point where there is no good passing, the defense is penetrable, etc. Now each player feels pressured into thinking they have to step up and it amounts to self-created pressure which really shouldn't exist. I think they'll fight thru it and the sooner the better.
