nope, they don’t determine her value. She is the mother queen. Perhaps my point was worded poorly.

My overall point is that no one with ties to this program have been able to solve the riddle in women’s basketball in the UConn era (post 2000).

You may have described the #1 problem. Players thinking they have to step up is taking away from team chemistry and it's gotten to a point where there is no good passing, the defense is penetrable, etc. Now each player feels pressured into thinking they have to step up and it amounts to self-created pressure which really shouldn't exist. I think they'll fight thru it and the sooner the better.

Where was THIS aggression that the team is showing now ... getting up on the ball, going for steals , showing attitude!!

Uconn hasn't handled this well in the last two min... We need to play like THIS towards the end of the third all the time. People diving, fighting through screens, laying it out there.

TK got knocked down and got an attitude she didn't let the girl help her up she took it personal. That's the LV way take every possession personal and fight back !

A common theme recently. Other teams know what’s going on. We don’t, but something has happened and people are aware. It’s suddenly really easy to get in our players heads.

I said this a few weeks ago and there are some who get very defensive with comments like this. I think it’s a fair question. Why are they not coming to TN. Pat knew this better than anyone else - “ you don’t take donkeys to the Kentucky Derby.”

Saw the video of the team on the plane getting interviewed about what they always bring with them. KJH said she brings her laptop cause “she’s always working”. Lol She must have another job.
