That's a bit of a stretch. I think the more common theme is that Tennessee is playing like right now.
They need to get it together. Missouri's eyes must be getting really wide right now.
The refs just ripped us off! Lol…
I’m looking for anything after this debacle
Did you notice Bueckers on the sideline with a "what do you expect expression, leaving her wde open"Those last three she hit...she was so wide open she had time to finish braiding her hair before she let them fly. Tenn knew she was the gunner. No idea why someone wasn't on her hip the whole time.
They should also have gone right at her when she had 2 fouls, esp Burrell or Horston. She's not a good defender.
They won't win another game the rest of the season playing like this. It is all on them. I said before I don't think Kellie can do anything about it because their problems are clearly mental. All of those airballs were because they were tight and scared. That is on them. They have to want to win more than they fear screwing up and play in the moment.
The rest of the season will be what the players make of it. They seem to be content to let things collapse now that they are out of contention for anything. Only they can change that. There is not some button the coaches can push that will make them not lay down when they get challenged. They have to decide that amongst themselves. They did good fighting back earlier in the year, but that was exhausting for them and they are probably mentally fatigued now. Somehow, they will have to get a second wind or a season that was once so full of promise will end as an embarrassment.
They should really be unranked now given how they are playing. They are just flat out awful and I would not bet on them against any team in the SEC.
I dont know if someone mentioned it but Horston,,..... 7 turnovers..... what good is 26 points if you compromise them with that many turnovers .... which turned into how many points for Connecticut

You can't beat good teams when 3 starters have no effect offensively and your bench since the Green Injury does not have enough to overcome. Right now to much inconsistent play from PG position and in that we do not effect game for the good offensively rather scoring or assisting for others. In CHRIST AloneDye 0 for 5 and no assists, Darby 0 for 4(and all 4 missed badly) with 0 assists, Walker 0 for 7 and 1 assist. 3 starters with a combined 1 point. Just ridiculous.
When we finish blaming the refs—who called UC for far more fouls than their average—
and ESPN, and the hapless NCAA, maybe we can notice that we didn't shoot worth a damn, our rebounding was not so hot, and Fudd was 7/9 from three point land.
Key? Looking like she's just QUIT.I am starting to think the current issues are more confidence than chemistry related. It feels like the Green injury hit them hard and every player is trying to step up individually rather than as a team…which leads to more turnovers and bad shots…only compounding the confidence issues. The players have to regain that early season confidence but the coaching staff has to help get them there.
Kellie recently said in a presser she wanted to simplify things on offense since they were so in their heads and committing bad turnovers. But I actually wonder if this simplification is what’s leading to so much 1-1 ball. We gotta start running something on offense.
On defense, Key has not been nearly as aggressive since the Green injury, maybe in her head about not fouling, but it’s disrupted what was one of the nation’s best defenses.
