If forced to choose between Green's offensive production vs. Key's defense, I'll go with Key 100% of the time. No disrespect to Keyen, but Key is the identity of Tennessee's defense, and any offensive shortcomings are more than made up for her ability to completely disrupt the opposing team on defense. Even if she is invisible on offense, I'd want her on the court as much as possible. Against a team like SC or MSST that has size inside, Key would make much more of an impact.
So we’re Salary and Darby really in street clothes with clipboards. I thought someone posted that but not sure.
Thank you madvol...With just a little imagination, we can mentally compare Kellie's current appearance to when Bonnie R. was of a similar age (i.e. early 40s) and with google, no imagination required!!!View attachment 331400
so we can beat them.....cuz I am now convinced Texas & Vic didnt want to get handed 2 embarrassing losses on nation television2020 has had a lot of negatives but the more flexible schedule can be a bit of a positive. Not playing Texas and picking up/beating Indiana could prove to have been a good move. Still hope we’re able to play Texas later this season.

I'm inclined to believe these were poor talent evaluations. Size means nothing without athleticism.Like others here, I am puzzled as to how we can have so many post players 6'4" and up and yet consistently get very few points out of that group, regardless of the opponents they face. What's up with that? I find it difficult to believe that it's just that the universe dealt Tennessee so many posts who are not capable of learning how to focus enough to hit those easy shots under the basket. I'm worried that the post coach isn't a very good teacher. : /
I seriously doubt that Kellie would ever let her husband go off the staff, even if she should. Having two coaches in the same family with different jobs with different programs would likely make it nearly impossible for them to manage the two small children. : /
Anyway, hopefully they'll start coming around really, really soon and start putting points on the board. It's handicapping the entire team to have post players who don't hold up their end of the scoring sheet. Jon could really use some help from outside the program, but something tells me he's not the kind of guy who would believe he needs help or ask for help even if he did know he needed it. He just needs to try something new because what he's doing isn't working.
Good luck. Praying all goes well!Didn't get to watch yet so can't say too much. Great win however it was pieced together. Maybe moreso given all the adversity. Terrible news about Green, a real blow. Great to see Davis bounce back so well and great to see JH have a strong game. As everyone has said, we must develop some semblence of post play. Someone, anyone (except a certain someone) please unlock Key. Cograts to all on a breakthru win, even if it took an epically horrible shooting game for IU. Lots of residence and toughness which can hopefully carry forward. What's up with Salary and Darby and WTF went on in practice last week?
Side note, I'll be getting the vaccine in a few hours. Praying this is the beginning of the end of this long, horrible nightmare.
