Gabriel made a mistake in the 2nd. She had a 1 ball, 2 strike count on the batter and grooved a fastball right down the middle of the plate, which was hit for a single that led to the fsu run. When you are way ahead in the count, you make the hitter chase a pitch just outside or on the corners, or up or down in the zone. Costly mistake.

I see where Aldrete has been dropped to 5th in the lineup--surprising, but she just hasn't been hitting that well, and Koenig is down to the 7 spot, where she belongs. They both need to relax.

That pitch that Warren hit was not a bad pitch. They just seemed to have Gabriel's number.

They took Overstreet off of third base. Not sure about that move. She has been playing so well offensively and defensively.

Looking much better since the start of the game. Leaving the bases loaded is really going to hurt if we can't get a run.

what happened with geathers on that play. She did get picked off rounding first? If so, that's a terrible mistake.
